You can use a search button I'm more than sure you will find ways... Not just here, but google too....
Anyways though since all you're asking for is the programs you'll need then I recommend
MPQ Master to open the map itself but you will need
MPQ Recover to create the listfile that MPQ Master will prompt you to select... With MPQ Recover you just browse the map, check Deep Scan option, click Scan, then click Save List and save it in the directory MPQ Master/Listfiles
With MPQ Master you just open the map (after you've copied it so you have an original incase problems occur) and select the created listfile for it. Of course you should ALWAYS remember these notes: Delete the file called (attributes) EVERYTIME you are going to save a map because it tends to cause problems. ALWAYS delete the folder Scripts (which has war3map.j in it if the folder exists at all) and move the war3map.j file to the main directory of the map. Also, whenever you are replacing files inside the map (like war3map.j or war3map.wts or war3mapmisc.txt etc..) you should ALWAYS delete the file inside the map and THEN add the newly modified version you made to the map. If it asks "Are you sure you want to replace this file? yes/no/yes to all/no to all/cancel" then you didn't delete the older file!
Enjoy!
PS - This might require you to play around with both programs before you fully understand what I was talking about.
