Namespoofer pro not working on windows XP

i try to open my namespoofer pro but with every version this comes up


Run-time error '339':

Component 'RICHT32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid



I tried all the versions, they all do the same thing however Namespoofer does work properly on my computer plz help :)
