DotA with Modifications

Hey guys, what do you think of me and Xantan releasing altered versions of DotA with changes that most of the community want? Things such as model changes, terrain changes etc... I am getting mixed signals about adding new items and such but if enough people wanted it, it could be done. You guys can check out this thread (long read) http://securegamers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6126&page=6 and see what some people have to say about it.

Any ideas on what you guys would like changed?

The problem here is how do we get enough people to use your hacked map?

If it's good, people will use it. And if enough supporters show up it'll spread even faster.

I think there could definitely be some tweaks and balances to the current Dota, and some of these have been problems for a long time without rebalancing. I would suggest having modifications on by default in the AMH and reverting back to the "normal Dota" using a certain module. Something like -OD (Old Dota).
