I'm having a problem with Map Hack.

When I activate Warcraft III, I go onto battle net. So then when I'm in Battlenet I activate my Maphack (latest version). Then I enter/host a game and I've seen others use the Map hack on the map. But when I'm actually In a game, I just see normally. Fog of war is still there, I can't click on unseen units. I can't see other player's abilities, nothing. Is there some kind of file I require for the Map Hack to work?:confused:

If youre on vista, it probually wont work, but if you got the latest version of shadowfrench, theres an option you have to click that i think is called selectable units, then re click on agian and it should work, you can get shadow french here....

nope didnt work. Just sits there, says its on and everything...

I believe with the Map Hacks now if u have Vista u go

Put [check] in Run this Program in Compatibilty mode for
Put [Check] in Run as Admin

same problem...ive always been able to use SF's maphack and it randomly stopped working...i even deleted all SF maphacks then re downloaded the latest one and it says on 1.21 and everything is checked as its supposed to flags 1 through 9 are on and fog of war is set to remove and it doesnt remove it or show hero icons like it used to...

i'm using vista and i have the loader by yong muh
after loading it i tab out to open the map hack but it wont open
i try other way round by opening the map hack 1st and then the loader but whenever i do that, it will auto close map hack just like the original bprotect

Hi guys this might help some of you guy out. I had the same problem after i re-installed warcraft. When i tried to use SF every thing looks on but when in the game every thing was the same. This is what i did and it worked every time now. Instead of running the game from desk top icon that linked to Frozen Throne.exe, i used explorer and ran the war3.exe. Use SF as per normal and it should work. Hopes it helps

I have the same problem, maphack used to work then stopped after a new install. Im on XP, but when i try to set WC3 to only use CPU0, it says Access is denied. So i think it is a permissions issue, but have no clue how to fix it.

I'm having the same problem. It had work for me since forever but last week my brother tried to change the cd key and when i got home it started to show the fatal error when i try to open wc3 Both ROC n TFT so i delete everything in the wc3 folder on my desktop n replaced it with the one on my laptop n it worked again but mh doesnt so i reinstalled (deleted everything) n the mh still didnt work, it seem like ppl who installed wc3 recently cant get their mh to work, but thats probably not the case

Tried everything, Maphack says "on" but when i alt back into game, fog and all is still normal

Shadow French 1.21.02 maphack, is now outdated, and will not work with the newest patch of wc3, released on 2/6/08.....You get a "Fatal Error" when trying to run the hack, and your wc3 window is closed.

:oExact same problem. I assume its the update. WC3 is more fun without maphack but its hard to get back into the swing of things.

Due to yesterday's update the maphack is not working anymore, if u use it, u will get a fatal error :mad: . Playn without maphack is very nice but if u got a team of decent players who say miss.
I got only one question: In the future shadowfrench will make a maphack that will work with this update?
