Still cannot host!!(Port forward already)

Hey guys, need help. I did portforwarding on my router and unblock port 6112-6119, for TCP and UDP, but I still can't host. Also I using wireless network as I using my desktop.

On the other hand, my desktop which is not using wireless, can host. Cannot be router fault as both are using the same router,hence same router settings.


Some help please?

Firewall(s) -> A-V's AND Windows -> turn off or allow many exceptions.
Router(s) -> 6111-6119 udp+tcp.
WC3(s) -> options -> gameplay -> port 6111 (or 6112).

You could try putting your IP address as a DMZ on your router

very easy to host man...

THE FIRST STEP THE PEOPLE FORGET TO DO IS TO SET A STATIC IP

in order to do this, use this website
http://portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm

once that is done, rember the static ip adress u used, mine is 198.168.1.137

once that is done,
use this website

http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm

click your router, the game warcraft 3 and follow the instructions. the point where it says Lan IP: use that static ip adress that u set.

Once done those instructions, shut off your antivirus programs AND most importantly the window firewall, to close it go to control panel and click window firewall and tick OFF.
