Hello all, I have a few questions for some of the programming gurus here, and hope I can ask them without sounding too n00bish :p
Anyway, I play Warcraft III: TFT, and i am just looking for sort of a basic "tutorial" on getting/doing some of the following information/actions from/within the game in a legal way that won't result in my CD key being banned.
Sign on to battle.net with a Hash (I have an extra work CD key)(is this legal?)
Interact with the Chat Channels -- Type and read messages, get names of people in channel etc.
Get Game names joined by friends.
I am well aware that programming requires much time and effort, and I am completely ready to put forth all required effort, just looking for a pointer in the right direction.
Just for reference, the "language" I am most familiar with is Autoit3 (http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3). It has the ability to interact with DLLs and the like, but it is not object oriented or multi-threaded.
Thank you all in advance for any help! :)
