FAQ on Namespoofer and Customkick

If I use Namespoofer and when i played a Ladder Game with namespoofer, will i get banned for that? (Same goes to CustomKick on Ladder games)

I know using Maphack in ladder will get banned. But what about using Namespoofer and Customkick in ladder? will i get banned?

what you want to do whit customkick in ladder??? blizzard is host ==> you cant kick anyone...
