All you really need are things that would attract different types of members, and not just skiddies and the like. Making people register to download SF's hacks would probably cause a registration boom.

Also, add some tutorials and other tools in here. Make people want to join the forum. Get your name out there.

Make this forum more general. Provide programming help such as explainations of packers and unpackers. Reverse engineering or just making a calculator.

The only way to become more popular is to appeal more.
