Idea for Fair Players Anti MH

Well, the idea is.... create a Anti-maphack program, for fair play, for me is booring play against players with maphack, The program is for promove the fair play in some servers, i play in www.tarreo.cl, from chile (plz, excuse my english) and very players use MH, is a good idea, some people hate the mh players,

Maybe this is the indicated page for public this, some help me with this...
